Effective, but strum gently,
This pick-up arrived quickly and fits well onto the sound-hole of my acoustic. It works well and sounds fine but I have to be careful a not to strum vigourously near the pick-up. Worth the price.

|For the price…. excellent,
tried this yesterday… fits easily and gives a neutral sound. when i run it through some eq in cubase it gives a fantastic tone, add some chorus and it is superb. like the previous reviewer said… you have to be careful not to hit the pick up or guitar body too hard as it picks that up as a very loud click or pop. with this fitted you lose a little bit of the “acoustic” sound of your guitar and it can sound just like a clean electric guitar, so would recommend another mike to blend in with the pickup channel then it would sound perfect. can’t really recommend for live work as the lead is quite short. For the price…. excellent ( and I am a fussy git )

|Birthday gift for daughter with low-volume acoustic guitar,
My daughter didn’t want an electric guitar and all that lug-around stuff; but she wanted a bit more noise than her acoustic guitar gave her; so this pick-up and a small practice amp was just the job…
